Shipping Charges:  At, shipping charges are not fixed and depend on various factors like nature of your product, weight, volume and destination..  We usually waive shipping charges during festive season and special promotions.

Destination:  Each order (irrespective of how many items it has) would be shipped only to a single destination address which is specified by customer at the time of booking that order.   If customer wishes to ship products to different destinations, he/she must place separate order.   Change of destination of order once booked is not allowed via website.  Also, customer is responsible to ensure that address information is complete and correct. Delivery Time:  At, we make our best efforts to ensure that each item in your order is shipped out by within 2-3 working days (Sundays and public holidays are excluded) of the order date.  However in some cases, it may take bit longer, up to 7 or more working days especially during peak season.   Typical delivery time is about 6-10 days after shipping.  Delivery to metro cities in India is usually fast and customer may expect delivery in 5-6 days.   

Exact date and time of delivery to customer is dependent on various factors and at this time, it would not be possible  to take requests for delivery of  order on fixed date/time.  

Shipments:  Generally all items of the order are shipped together in single package, but at times this may not be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.  In this case, you may receive multiple shipments separately even for single order.

Receiving Shipments:  Customers are expected to ensure someone is available at destination to receive the order.  While receiving the shipment, customer should check the condition of package, ensure it is not tampered and accept only if this is true.  Any tampered or damaged shipments should not be accepted.  Customers can refuse to take delivery and immediately contact us at  with order details and reason of refusal. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
